LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in East Phoenix. This organization is in search of a full time customer service representative to join their team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $20/hr-$22/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently via phone and email.
- Post payments to customer accounts in a timely manner.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct early stage collections activities, maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Track and trace customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a billing or collections role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of billing systems and collections processes is a plus.
